Cyberstrider Internet Service (www.cyberstrider.net) has been down for most of the last week. I have two websites and email hosting with them and have been unable to access them.
I have also been unable to contact them by email, by raising support tickets or by telephone.
This blog has been set up as a central point for cyberstrider customers to share information. I have chosen a provocative name to try to attract the attention of people associated with the company.
